guest or less - Small party with no alcohol. $300 for first
hour and $50 per hour after.
(Small party rate excludes wedding receptions and is a
reduced price intended for birthdays & graduations).
100 guest or less- Small party with alcohol being served.
$400 for first hour and $50 per hour after.
(You must provide a Licensed bartender. This rate excludes
wedding receptions).
100 - 200 guest - Large party. $500 for first hour and $100
per hour after. With or without alcohol.
200 - 500 guest may require an additional tent - contact us
for a quote.
No charges for your set-up or clean-up time.(Set-up time
must be prearranged).
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure date.
A $300 fully refundable damage deposit is required two
weeks before event starts.
Any barn rental balances due must be paid two weeks prior
to the event.
Any additional balances must be paid immediately after the
event.
We request that you take out temporary event coverage on
your home owners insurance for yourself and your guests and
provide us with a copy.
If alcohol is being served. You are required to hire a
professional bartender. You must "give" your alcohol to
your guest.....you cannot sell it to them. Cash bars
require a license. We do not provide alcohol of any kind.
You can bring your own or have your caterer provide it.
Barns official capacity is 196 persons with tables and
chairs.
Barn can be decorated to your liking. All taxidermy
displays can be removed. ($50 fee)
Any decorating that requires the use of a ladder must be
prearranged and done by us. ($15 per half hour fee).
