Barn rental price for weddings or receptions
Under 100 persons $500 for first hour. $100 for each additional hour.
100-200 persons $500 for first hour. $100 for each additional hour + $2 per person.
Over 200 will require an additional tent. Contact us for a quote.
Charges start when the first guest arrives.
Charges end when the last guest leaves.
No charges during set-up or clean-up time.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure event date.
A $300 fully refundable damage deposit is required two weeks before event starts.
Balance of rental must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event.
Any additional balances due must be paid at the end of the event.
We request that you take out temporary event coverage on your home owners insurance for yourself and your guests and provide us with a copy.

Barns official capacity is 196 persons with tables and chairs.
Barn can be decorated to your liking. All taxidermy displays can be removed. ($50 fee)

Please be aware of the following.
Barn is not heated. Patio heaters or tent heaters can be rented.
We do not provide catering or wait staff.
If you need our assistance with setting up equipment there may be an additional charge.

Barn dimensions
The Barn has nearly 3,000 sq. ft of space. A 14' wide entrance door and center isle of original barn planks with a raised hardwood floor on each side. The right side floor is 16' x 30' and is used for tables and chairs. The left side floor is 16' x 20' and contains pottery displays along the walls. The back half of the barn is also raised for a dance space of 30' x 30'. A narrow bar top runs around the perimeter of the dance floor. A stairway takes you up on top of the granary room for a birds eye view of the crowd. The Barn has a soaring ceiling of 32 feet high. Hand hewn 30 foot long peg & beam structures. A great view out the back exit with a stairway leading down to the outdoor wedding area. Other conveniences include Mens & Women's handicap accessible bathroom's, Refrigerated drinking fountain, Catering area with sink and microwave. Built in the 1800's the barn has many stories to tell.
