FEMA/SBA: 

New York Victims – The FEMA teleregistration line is available for victims to register for FEMA assistance in declared areas in the State of New York (Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens and Richmond Counties and the boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan). FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The State of New York has reported that there is no additional need for volunteers or donated goods for the World Trade Center response. In addition to the federal, state and local government resources being deployed to the scene, there are a considerable number of goods and services in the pipeline.
