The Legend of the Teddy Bear
written by Frank Murphy

To be released September 2000
This is the tale behind how the American Teddy Bear got its name. In 1904, a cartoonist named Clifford Berryman drew a cartoon depicting an incident that happened to President Theodore Roosevelt and a trapped bear. This children's story combines a nice balance between historical and "cute and cuddly" and is sure to please both history buffs and Teddy bear lovers.

Books available through artist's gallery- autographed & personalized.

Original paintings from the book are available.
