EXPERIENCE
I know that shopping for an
attorney can be a frustrating experience. Looking through the phone book
provides little help, and no personal contact. More questions are raised than
answered:
Is the size of the advertisement any indication of the
attorney's ability?
Will the attorney I talk to actually be handling my
case, or will I be turned over to someone whose experience is unknown to me?
Will the attorney have the skill that is required to
represent me?
I have over twenty
five years experience in litigation and the general practice of law in
Southwest Michigan. That experience includes Divorce, complex civil litigation
including business and fraud cases, and personal injury claims.
The key to successful
representation is the ability to listen to the client, the work ethic to do the
necessary research and case preparation, the ability to objectively analyze the
facts, and good presentation skills.
As an attorney in sole
practice, I can assure you that your matter will not be turned over to an
inexperienced associate.
