Alternative Christmas Giving Program Sundays November 4 - December 6 Plan to visit the 9 exhibits before and after Sunday worship services.This is a wonderful way to select special gifts for family and friends while supporting organizations that help people in need. The mission budget accounts for more than half of the total annual budget of our church. These funds are used both for Presbyterian Church World Mission programs and for local, national, and international special causes allocated directly by this committee. So far this year, we have supported several members mission trips, Closing the Digital Gap Program and helped cloth and feed the needy here in the Lansing area, . We have sent relief funds to victims of natural disasters and continue to shelter the homeless locally through out support of such organization as Habitat for Humanity and the Greater Lansing Housing Coalition. Through Advent House and Loaves and Fishes, our members provide meals each month and also contribute food to local food banks. The Intergenerational Event each Chrismas provides needed food and gifts to nine area families.  Presbyterian Church USA Mission Yearbook
