Rita Randolph - Lecturer, writer, television host, and owner of Randolph’s Greenhouses- Jackson, TN

Herbs and vegetables of all kinds are crucial to fulfill the complete desires of gardeners. With extremely ornamental foliage and flowers, Ornamental Edibles in containers can be gorgeous and entertaining. Soil mixes, fertilization, and pest control will also be explored.

Dan Traas - Certified arborist & President of Ranger Services- Appleton, WI

Improve your urban tree planting and establishment techniques by understanding how trees thrive in their natural environment. Explore common planting misconceptions and practices that lead to premature decline and death of our urban trees. Discover what a proper transplanting system is and how it can ensure a tree's maximum longevity.

Melinda Myers - co-sponsored by Purple Cow Organics - Nationally known garden expert & author- Milwaukee, WI

Going Green is all the rage. Melinda will provide some new and favorite tips and techniques for helping you save time and energy while being kind to the environment and growing a beautiful landscape. She will discuss efficient, eco-friendly and attractive ways to manage yard waste, water wise gardening techniques as well as the use of rain barrels, cisterns, rain gardens, solar-powered accessories and recycled items in the garden.

Mike Yanny - Plant Propagator, Johnson’s Nursery- Menomonee Falls, WI

Preview the new plant development work Mike and his team are doing at Johnson's Nursery. Find out how they come up with new cultivars and seed strains of plants. Some of their recent introductions include: Carpinus caroliniana J.N. strain, two new Viburnum carlesii cultivars, Technito(TM) Arborvitae, Irish Setter(TM) Dogwood, and Star Power(TM) Juniper.
