On August 19th 2002, Deborah Marie Krantz, my loving wife and the extraordinary mother of our two young children, passed-away.

Debbie, a staunch vegetarian and environmentalist, was also a community activist and child advocate.

During our lifetimes we are fortunate to find small handfuls of truly gentle and compassionate souls. If we are especially fortunate, we are able to spend time with these individuals and to learn from them about love and diligence, devotion and loyalty, joy and peace. If we are blessed, we are able to call these people friends. For me to have spent the past fifteen years married to such a soul, and to have been able to call her my best friend, my closest confident, and my inspiration and greatest influence is a testament to G-d's greatness and his compassion.

We are so sad to have lost the center of our lives, but we are so grateful to have been blessed with sweet memories, tremendous friends and families and more loving support than we could ever have imagined. Debbie is and will be missed, but will never be forgotten.

Thank you my friends. Your thoughts, prayers and kind words are worth more to us than I can ever put into words.
