The conference is open to all public health professionals (medical directors, nurses, epidemiologists, environmental health staff), health care providers, veterinarians, animal control, wildlife biologists and nuisance wildlife control personnel at no cost. Information will be provided on rabies surveillance, contingency planning, control, and prevention.
Primary focus will be the emergence of raccoon variant rabies in the Midwest, and the roles of the target audience in potential response
