  This is such a sad story, it breaks my heart. Tiny Tim and Pixie are four months old in these pictures and they are 6 pounds. We have had them for a month and they are 5 months old and probably weigh around 12 lbs. T

hey are pitbull mixes who are so loving and sweet. They are going to be mini-pits because they were starved. Pixie has crooked rear legs, maybe from Rickets? We wondering if she got vitamins if her legs would straighten out. Then there is Tiny Tim, who was born with a heart defect.

The vet said it was probably because the mother was starved during her pregnancy. It will cost between $3,000-$4,0000. Is there some place we might be able to get him help? Where do we go from here? What are the odds of getting Tiny Tim the help he needs? He has so many strikes against him and he has done nothing to deserve this. Strike one: he's a pity, Strike 2: he's black. Where do we turn? You have always helped us and we are down on our knees once again asking for some information.
