Dear Volunteers and Friends of Horses' Haven,
Your response to our Christmas email with the horses' wish list was
overwhelming. Because of you, all of the horses' wishes came true for
Christmas and everyone is still happily enjoying the bounty you provided.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Do you have any gently used tack that you can no longer use? We take tack
and horse supply donations all year long and will issue a donation
receipt. Tack must be either new or, if used, in clean, repaired and good
condition.
In case you haven't checked the Calendar of Events on our web page lately,
we wanted to invite you to join us at our auction and luncheon where we will
be celebrating 10 years of helping horses! Since you have been a big part
of that you won't want to miss this celebration. Please join us on
Saturday, February 4th from 11:00 am - 3:00 PM at Baker's of Milford (2025
S. Milford Road, Milford (north of I-96, Milford exit) for the Horses' Haven
10th Annual Auction & Luncheon. Cost is $18.00 for adults and $8.00 for
children. If you wish to forego the luncheon, but would like to participate
in the auction, bidding usually begins by 12:30 PM.
Please make your reservations early by calling 517-548-4880 and pay at the
door. Please call to cancel your reservation as we pay for all no
shows!

auction interest only.
Also, be sure and mark your calendars now for our second annual golf outing,
to be held on Saturday, June 3, 2006. It will be a 4-person scramble, and
there will be raffle prizes, silent auction, dinner, lunch at turn, and
beverages. Cost is $80 per person and it will be held at the River Bank
Golf Course in South Lyon. In addition to golfers, we are also looking for
sponsors and raffle prize donations. Please call 313.531.7771 if you would
