The October 1 Animal Care and Control Forum of the Animal Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan was cancelled for lack of pre-registrations.  The conference was expected to get the attention -- and time -- of 100 people.  SEVEN pre-registered.  We had no mechanism to determine who might attempt to register at the desk on the day of the Forum so no mechanism to intercept them before they made the trip.

 The Forum WILL be rescheduled, but here's the deal:  there WILL be pre-registration; there WILL be refunds up to a certain date for those who cannot appear but do notify us of that decision by the deadline; the Forum MAY be held on a weekday instead of a Saturday; and it WILL NOT be on the Saturday of a home game no matter where we schedule the Forum.

 The Forum WILL BE presented in the Upper Peninsula on May 6 and MAY BE presented in Lansing again May 8 or 9 in conjunction with a full-day conference on Satanic Rituals and The Occult.  If you wish to be on MY list of persons interested in such conferences, please contact me directly:  Wanda A.
