We need your help!

Since our relationship with DRQ 93.1 fm radio was abruptly severed in April, we have suffered a serious drop in new memberships and donations.  The truth is, we need your help to survive.  Our website traffic has dramatically dipped, because most of it was generated by the radio station.  Please help us keep helping animals.  The quickest way to help is by making an online donation through our donation page: http://www.jethrosplace.org/donations.htm

If you haven’t become a member but support our work, please consider joining now, we need your help more than ever.  Information about membership can be found at:  http://www.jethrosplace.org/memberships.htm.  If you would like to host a fundraiser, please email us at info@jethrosplace.org.

Thanks for your continued support.

Senior pets need forever homes

Wonderful news, Sia, Dapne, Gus and Penny found forever homes.  New seniors on our page are Trooper a purebred German Shepherd, being cared for by Katie Bishop Animal Friends, Darla a sweet lab mix at Sanilac County Animal Control Shelter and Buttons rescued from Arenac County Animal Control by Clio Canine Rescue.  Senior Pets Needing Homes can be found here:  www.jethrosplace.org/seniors.htm.

Taking a road trip?

One of the easiest ways to help save pets is to become a transporter.  Many wonderful dogs and cats need to get from shelters in Northern Michigan to shelters and rescues in the more populated areas of the state.  If you are going to your cottage for the weekend and have room to bring back a furry friend or two for delivery to a rescue or shelter, please let us know.  info@jethrosplace.org

Have a wonderful week!
