Hello Everyone:
As you are all aware by now, in spite of repeated requests by concerns
citizens and the HSUS, Red Lobster continues to refuse to join the Canadian
seafood boycott. As you may be aware, Red Lobster is the largest customer
of Canadian seafood in the U.S. so its participation is critical.
In an effort to encourage Red Lobster to sign on, the HSUS coordinating
demonstrations to be held at Red Lobster locations throughout the U.S. and
Canada on Saturday, June 25.
We are planning to take part in this effort
and will be gathering at the Red Lobster Novi location ( Red Lobster
Restaurants, 27760 Novi Rd Novi, MI 48377) from noon - 2 p.m. that
afternoon. I know that June is a very busy month for most people, and lots
of vacations will be starting, but if you can spare a few hours that day, your
participation would be greatly appreciated and your support towards this
effort is needed. Signs will be provided but you would be welcome to make
your own if you so choose.
Please let me know if you will be able to make it that day.
Thank you all for your past and continued support towards this very important
effort. Together will WILL put an end to this
horrendous slaughter.
