Would you mind posting this for the no-kill cat shelter group, Tenth Life? 

Veda Balla, shelter founder, wrote this:

"We have had a couple of cancellations of people who had already signed up to watch the shelter. We have one other volunteer who has taken a shift to sit in the parking lot. I need more - particularly on Halloween night, but, could use help on Devil's Night and Friday, October 29th, too."

This shelter has been plagued by vandalism in the past involving broken windows and harassment by street youths, too.  It is a yearly effort to be guardians for the cats in the house at this time of year.  Veda always has refreshments and makes it as much of a party atmosphere as possible.  She is always glad to show visitors the shelter, also.

Veda also asks if anyone can donate money for vet bills and/or bags of Science Diet cat food and/or Feline Pine litter, it would be most appreciated.
