What: Take your dog to a Lugnuts Game!
Cost: $6.50 per dog/person
Lawn seats (bring a chair/blanket)
A select group of non-profit dog rescue
groups/shelters have been invited to attend and disseminate information
(sorry we couldn't invite all the groups, the space is limited). There
will also be a large donation container, the donations will be split
amongst these groups after the game.
OVERVIEW
1. The game starts at 7:05 pm, gates open at
5:50 pm.
2. Participants are allowed one canine
companion, per person, per ticket purchased for the game. Only one canine
per human companion will be allowed to enter the stadium.
3. If you plant to bring your dog, you must
enter through the far right field gate on the Larch Street side of the
stadium. All dogs must remain in the designated area while at the game.
4. There will be a parade on the field prior
to the game, if you plan to participate in the parade you must arrive and
be prepared to line-up by 6:20 pm.
5. There will be a best dressed dog contest in
the right field area during the 2nd Inning of the game. If you plant to
participate in the contest, please register at the booth in the right
field area when you arrive for the game.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All dogs must be restrained on a leash at
all times inside Oldsmobile Park. They must also be restrained on a leash
while entering and exiting the park.
2. All dogs must be under their human
companion's control at all times.
3. Any dog that exhibits aggressive behavior
towards other dogs and/or humans will be required to leave the Park (no
refund). This is at the sole discretion of the sponsors, Doggy Daycare &
Spa, Gone 2 the Dogs, and Oldsmobile Park.
4.Any dog poop must be disposed of by the
human companion. Dog poop bags and waste containers will be provided by
Gone 2 the Dogs.
5. All dogs attending must be current on
vaccinations (these include: DHLPP, Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis,
Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus).
6. All attendees agree to hold the City of
Lansing, The Lansing Lugnuts, Doggy Daycare & Spa, and Gone 2 the Dogs and
all of their employees and/or affiliates not liable for, but not limited
to any and all injuries sustained as a result of the attendees'
participation in the event.
Please come join us at the ball game!! If you
can't bring your dog, bring a stuffed one!
