Shade is a very nice looking girl from a repeat breeding that brought us her brother, Bolt. She has a pretty expression, outline, excellent angulation, great front and outstanding movement. She truly has the fluid tireless gait of this sturdy breed's working heritage.

Shade has several points towards her AKC champion title and is only a few points short of her UKC champion title.

Age 5

She has produced a lovely litter of two puppies following her breeding to Laser in '99 and a second litter of four by Dreamer. Shade has been a fantastic mother and like her brother Bolt, she has produced all of her best qualities plus more and carries for tan points.

Shade is now retired from the whelping box and the conformation ring, though she may make one last appearance to finish her UKC title. She has been proving her talent in learning agility and may be out in competition on occasion just to have some fun.
