Rob Reiner

Director, sometimes actor, and son of comedian/actor Carl Reiner, Rob is best known as "Meathead." Oh, he also played the role of Mike Stivic in "All in the Family". Reiner was a vocal supporter of California's Prop 10, that raised the price of a pack of cigarettes to about what it costs to see one of his movies. Extremely outspoken against big tobbacco, not so much against big pants.

Quote: "Government and businesses have to work together to figure out ways to allow the economy to grow while not allowing as many greenhouse gasses to escape into the atmosphere."

Anti-Quote: Agreed. Here, let me help. "Step 1 - Stop talking."

Pluses: Directed the hilarious "This is Spinal Tap." Doesn't make the mistake a lot of bald celebrities like William Shatner and Tony Curtis do, which is getting a toupee that makes you certain that somewhere, somebody is missing a toilet seat cover.

Minuses: Put a patch of hair on his head that looks like a shrunken, dried out, split-ended tumbleweed, and you've got my high school lunch lady. Didn't gain any acting experience as a result of "All in the Family", since he played himself.

Rating: No matter what he says, people are only thinking, "Hey, isn't that 'Meathead'?"  "S" = Low-medium

Fun Fact: When Reiner directed Alec Baldwin in "Ghosts of Mississippi" in 1996, the two couldn't be on the set at the same time due to a little known scientific principle called the "Chomsky-Totenberg effect", which states that two liberals in the same room cease brainwave function of anybody in proximity.
