CUSTOMER CONTRACT  

 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL

A 50% deposit is required before any work is started. Deposits must be received within 30 days of drop off date or a storage fee of $1 per day will be added. If no deposit is received after 90 days, specimen will be considered abandoned and sold for cost.

All mounts or services provided must be paid in full within 30 days of completion. Customer will be notified either by mail or phone when mount or service is completed. After 30 days a $1 per day storage fee will be added to the balance due on mount or service. All mounts or services not claimed within 90 days will be considered abandoned and sold for cost.

 

CONDITIONS OF ECCEPTANCE.. In view of the many factors that have a definite effect on the final results of fur tanning or dressing (such as primness, general condition of specimen, climate conditions, and hunters lack of knowledge in the field care of game) we do not guarantee the results of any tanned or dressed specimen.

Repairs or replacements of skins will cost the customer extra.

ALL TANNING IS DONE AT OWNER’S RISK.. NO REFUNDS.

 

MEAT FROM ANIMALS SKINNED AT OUR FACILITIES.. We accept no responsibility for the care, quality or condition of meat. All meat returned to customer is considered not food safe and not for human consumption. Disposal of meat or its use is beyond our control and is the full responsibility of the customer. No meat or meat products are for sale of any kind.

 

MICHIGAN GAME LAW VIOLATIONS TO WATCH OUT FOR..

Improperly filled out tags and licenses are not our responsibility.

Road kills other than deer or bear are illegal to pick up other than during that animals hunting season and only if you have a hunting license for that animal.

Ownership of game transferred to another person must be clearly stated on tag and invoice. Taking of game on another person’s license is illegal.

STATE AND FEDERAL AUTHORITIES INSPECT THIS FACILITY.

Deposits are not refundable due to game law violations.

 

I, THE CUSTOMER AGREE NOT TO HOLD DHASELEER TAXIDERMY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING..

Insect damage to bird mount after bird mount is completed. Please ask for care instructions.

The natural aging of leather, fading colors, dust, temperature, and smoke damage.

Damage that may have occurred to my mount or my vehicle while loading and unloading.

Injuries I may have received while in or around these facilities.
