You will not be able to get to Hannah from Grand River Ave.

Coming from 127- Exit at Saginaw Ave and head East. Watch for Abbot Road- turn right (south)
Hannah is on the right about a quarter mile down

Coming from Business 69 ( from the East) Watch for Abbot Rd, turn left ( south) Hannah will be on your
right about a quarter mile south.
