Ingredients
1 pound of Bacon sliced
1 large bag of leaf lettuce
1 bunch of green onions
2 medium potatoes
4-5 Large eggs
White or Cider Vinegar
1 cup of Sugar
This recipe may cause high cholesterol if enjoyed to
often.

Start by cutting or shredding the lettuce in a large pot

Hard boil the eggs for 7 min.s

Chop the green onions as seen above and place in the salad
Next cut the bacon as seen above

Chop the hard boiled eggs and place on top of the lettuce

Boil the potato's until soft drain and set aside

Fry the bacon into bacon bits leaving the bacon grease in the pan when
finished

Place the bacon bits in the salad

Place the boiled potato's in to the bacon grease and fry

Mash with a fork the potato until it looks like this still with the heat
on the stove about 1-2 min.s

Put a cup of sugar into the pan and a 1/2 cup of vinegar stir and fry
testing for taste, adjust sugar or vinegar to taste

When finished with the bacon dressing pour onto the salad

Put the pot with the salad on the burner with low heat and toss until
wilted to about 1/2 the volume serve warm!
